Elmaksan manufactures specially designed Cut-To-Length Lines which offer practical solutions to meet today’s most demanding requirements to minimize operator faults. The lines can be fully automatically controlled and have time-saving features which improve efficiency, reduce downtime and increase production.

There are almost 200 standard models of Cut-To-Length Lines covering range from 0.3 mm to 10 mm with different widths up to 2000 mm and with coil weights up to 30,000 kgs. Three different types of shears and cutting systems are used in the Elmaksan lines, such as: * Guillotine Shear * Rotary Shear * Flying Shear.

For especially thin gauges up to 3 mm thickness rotary shears are chosen with fast and continuous cutting. Flying shears are used for thick gauges especially more than 5 mm. Different automatic packing systems are also adopted according to the said above different cutting systems with the best cutting, diagonal and length tolerances.

Elmaksan can offer you high precision levellers with which best surface flatness can be reached. According to the different physical properties of sheets and different kinds of materials, different types of levellers (such as 6 HI and 4 HI) are adopted to the line. Due to the number, diameter, support and control of the rolls in a leveller, you can achieve a perfect surface flatness which can not be reached with ordinary straightener or flattener.

Additional accessories, such as, paper decoiling and recoiling and plastic film coating units can also be added to the lines for especially stainless and pre-painted steel usage. Elmaksan has developed its production range with multiblanking lines to cover the last year’s demands of high tech service centres. Elmaksan will provide full project management including foundation construction, staff training, start up of the line and on-going operation assistance.
