Description
This machine is to end face, de-burr and bevel the circumferential edges at both ends of the welded pipe in accordance to the API 5L specification. It consists mainly of Two Machining Gear Boxes, Two Machining Head Carriages, Two Machine Bases c/w Machining Feed Inverted V Track, Two Cutter Platens attached to Machining Gear Box, Two End Facing and Two Bevel Cutting Inserts in Shanks are installed in the position adjustable Holders on the Cutter Platens, Hydraulic Pipe Clamping System which is located on the Machining Head Carriage, Orthogonal Lifting Roller System, Pipe Charging & Discharging System, Lubrication Systems for Gear Box and Machining Feed Track, Machining Head Carriage Positioning & Locking System, Hydraulic and Electrical Control Systems.
